1. Service
AK Agency provides advertising services: clients request campaigns through the AK Agency app, and we review, launch and manage them on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram using our ad accounts.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients confirm they own or have the rights to the videos, images and text they submit, and that their products and ads follow the law and each platform's advertising policies.
3. Review and platform approval
Every campaign is reviewed by our team and then by the advertising platform. We may decline or pause a campaign that breaks platform policies. Platform decisions are outside our control.
4. Payment
Clients pay AK Agency for campaign budgets and services as agreed in the app. Results such as reach, leads or sales are not guaranteed.
5. Leads
Leads collected for a client's campaign belong to that client and are used only to contact the customer about their request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
